Where we are
Victoria Park Avenue is the line between North York and Scarborough. We are just on the other side of it, which means our address says Scarborough while the drive from most of Victoria Village takes under five minutes.
Victoria Terrace Shopping Centre at 1448 Lawrence Ave E is the easiest landmark. From its parking lot, head east on Lawrence, past Pharmacy Avenue, and we are on the north side of the road. Dixie Land Plaza is directly across from us.
From the southern end of the neighbourhood near Eglinton it is a longer run, closer to ten minutes, but still a single road most of the way.
- By Bus (TTC Route 54 Lawrence East): The 54 runs the full length of Lawrence Avenue East and stops directly outside the clinic in both directions. From the Lawrence and Victoria Park stop it is three stops east.
- By Bus (TTC Route 24 Victoria Park):The 24 runs north along Victoria Park Avenue through the whole neighbourhood. Get off at Lawrence and transfer to the 54 eastbound, or walk the last stretch in about fifteen minutes.
- By Line 5 (Sloane Station):Sloane station on the Eglinton Crosstown sits at the southern edge of Victoria Village. From there, take the 24 Victoria Park north to Lawrence, then the 54 east. Line 5 opened in February 2026.
- By Car:East on Lawrence Avenue East from Victoria Park. Three to five minutes from the north end of the neighbourhood, around ten from the Eglinton end. Parking at the clinic is free. Coming off Highway 401, use the Victoria Park exit and head south.
- On Foot:From Victoria Terrace it is roughly a twenty minute walk east along Lawrence. Sidewalks the whole way.

Paying for treatment: insurance, CDCP, and no coverage
There are dentists closer to Topham Park than we are. Three things bring people here anyway.
If you are on the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP)
We are an approved CDCP provider and submit claims to the plan directly. You pay only your co-payment at the time of the visit.
CDCP does not work as a reimbursement programme. You cannot pay the full amount and claim it back later, which is why it matters that your clinic is enrolled.
| Household income | CDCP pays | You pay |
|---|---|---|
| Under $70,000 | 100% | Nothing |
| $70,000 to $79,999 | 60% | 40% |
| $80,000 to $89,999 | 40% | 60% |
Figures apply to households without private dental insurance.
Exams, X-rays, cleanings, fillings, scaling and simple extractions need no pre-approval. Crowns, bridges, dentures and complex work do, and we handle that paperwork.
Coverage has to be renewed every year. If you missed the renewal window you can reapply, but treatment received during the gap is not covered.
If you have private insurance
We bill most major plans directly, so you pay only the portion your plan does not cover. Bring your card to the first visit. If you are not sure what your plan includes, call with the details and we will check before you commit to anything.
If you have no coverage at all
Tell us when you book. We quote the full cost before treatment starts, and larger cases can be paid in stages rather than in one go. Nothing gets added to the bill that you have not agreed to first.
